Al Lindstrom sits down with Tony Touch in the first installment of the "Boom Bap Hustler" series to discuss his history in radio, his introduction to the New York scene, and the premise of his current satellite radio show. One thing that I was glad to hear is the return of the 50 MC's series which in my circle was always a big deal when they dropped. "Who did Toca feature on this one? Why wasn't so and so on it?! Who's this new cat he's pretty dope?" was some of what you would hear during the round table discussions.

LUMBERJACK SOUL

Born and raised in Kansas City Miles Bonny produces, sings, and plays the trumpet creating the sounds that are heard throughout Lumberjack Soul. From the first track you can hear the hip hop/soul influence. I would love to rhyme on a track like that and if your a lyricist with depth I'm sure you would too. From the extensive VHS and Cassette tape collections, to the art collection seen throughout, a massive array of records, a chess table that sees a lot of use, and too many other things to name, it's definitely a trip through time, space, and anything else you'd like to call it.
